The Space
Our home offers a spacious and inviting setting for you and your group to relax during your Denver stay. Spread across two levels, the first floor boasts a generous living area with comfortable seating, ideal for unwinding after exploring the city. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare delicious meals, and the dining area comfortably seats six.
Upstairs, you'll find five bedrooms, each with luxurious king-sized beds for a restful night’s sleep. The shared bathroom includes a shower-tub combination and is stocked with fresh towels and basic toiletries for your convenience.
Outside, the expansive fenced yard is perfect for enjoying the outdoors and creating memorable moments.
For families, we've thoughtfully provided amenities like a baby gate, pack 'n play, high chair, and children's dishes, ensuring convenience and comfort during your stay.
GUEST RENTAL AGREEMENT:
All guests must complete a Guest Rental Agreement, ID verification, and Security Deposit in order to receive Arrival Instructions. Details of the Guest Rental Agreement can be found in the House Rules.
Guest access:
Access to the property is via the front door using an electronic lock with a door code provided at check-in. Public street parking is the only shared space.
Other things to note:
Guests may experience noise from neighbors or street traffic. The property features two levels, and there are security cameras on the exterior but none inside the home. Safety devices include carbon monoxide and smoke alarms near the bedrooms.
